Newly built house, high-quality, luxurious furnishings throughout the accommodation with sustainability in mind - Arrive & feel good! There is even a farm shop belonging to the estate with many home-made products and organic food from the region on the ground floor of the house. Changing warm dishes at lunchtime - homemade cakes and coffee in the afternoon on the beautiful sun terrace in front of the farm shop!

It starts in the morning with the preparation of your hand-filtered pour-over coffee with a view of the beautiful Chiemgau mountains, is reflected in the wonderful leisure and sports opportunities right on your doorstep, such as cycling, hiking, relaxing on Lake Chiemsee, and continues with offers from Games and books about mindfulness and communication in our accommodations and ends in the evening in our feather-soft organic textile mattresses, which will allow you to reflect on the day and give you a restful night in hotel quality.
The holiday apartment called “Glücksbringer” is located on the 1st floor and offers enough space for up to 4 people with 2 rooms. Children will also have fun with books, games and painting, and adults will have moments of serenity. For a stay with children there are additional toys, but also useful items such as a travel bed or extra bed and a high table.

Our free organic teas from “Herbaria” as well as our fresh, regional coffee from the “Art Caffe” factory ensure a relaxed, enjoyable start to the day. The accommodation was lovingly completed at the end of 2023 and is located above the farm shop in a new building on the 1st floor. Spacious balconies with panoramic views are available in every apartment.

The two My Stay-Eco Apartments are located on the outskirts of Bernau directly on the popular “Seppenbauer” adventure farm, which combines life on a farm with sustainable self-production of food and its own farm shop. Here, both young and old can look forward to real experiences and a country feeling - with numerous animals (e.g. fawns, geese, rabbits, piglets, horses), carriage rides and regular farm tours, the farm operators make the eyes of young and old alike shine . Here tradition meets modernity - the holiday apartments are newly built and furnished in a modern country house style and fit perfectly into the surroundings of the country farm. In the farm's own shop (directly below our apartments) our guests can stock up for breakfast, have a warm meal at lunchtime or enjoy a cup of coffee with a piece of homemade cake in the afternoon. The shop is always open from Wednesday to Saturday.
A bus station with connection to Chiemsee is right in front of the property. With the RVO line 9505 you can reach the towns of Prien, Rottau, Grassau, Marquartstein, Unterwössen, Oberwössen and Reit im Winkl. The nearest supermarket is just a few minutes away by car. Although the Erlebnsihof is located on the main street, you remain undisturbed in the newly built property thanks to the triple-glazed, soundproof windows. Chiemsee, the “Bavarian Sea”, as our lake is also often called, is also only about 5 minutes by car and about 15 minutes by bike. Hikes can be started directly from the accommodation. The famous Kampenwand and the fascinating mountains of Chiemgau are just a stone's throw away.
With a picturesque view of the mountains and wide fields, the two apartments are ideal for a relaxing break for solo travelers, couples or families.
