The 60 square meter apartment with your own garden and terrace, which invites you to linger and soak up the sun, are located in a house that was newly built in 2023 and built according to ecological standards. With a brand new kitchen, 2 separate rooms, a large, modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and additional bathtub, as well as a spacious entrance area, this apartment with its unusual design and furnishing concept in a modern, warm country house style awaits fun-loving guests.
"Live the moment": You will not only find our motto in life in the furnishings of the apartment. We ourselves know only too well from our own experience how difficult it can often be in the stress of everyday life to consciously perceive the small but crucial moments in life, to be completely in the here and now. That's why these little "joie de vivre moments" await you in your MY STAY apartment: With your first cup of hand-filtered pour-over coffee, you consciously start the day with a view of the mountains. With one of the numerous sports and leisure activities in the area, you can shake off the stress and worries of everyday life and then have the opportunity to devote yourself to your partner and/or family. In addition, our accommodation offers you games, books and exercises for young and old, for example on the subject of mindfulness, personality development or communication. There are also toys for a stay with children, but also useful items such as a travel bed or extra bed and a high table. In the evening, make yourself comfortable on our king-size bed in the bedroom with hotel-quality mattresses and toppers and linens made from real linen, or on the Sits queen-size bed, which you can easily pull out of the designer couch in the living room with just two movements into a full-fledged bed with its own slatted frame and high-quality mattress, comfortable and allows you to reflect on the day in your thoughts.
The topic of sustainability is important to us: That's why we try to design our furnishings and consumables in the apartment from sustainable materials as far as possible. Our furniture is therefore made of real wood, the windows and doors are handmade and consist of untreated spruce. The floor was also provided with wooden floorboards. It is heated with wood pellets. Our selection of organic teas, from which you can help yourself free of charge on site, come from the "Herbaria" factory, which is only a stone's throw away. The coffee is produced and roasted regionally in a small family business. We also refrain from using disposable or single-use items.
In the large lockable basement compartment you can stow your bikes, skis or other items comfortably and safely. There is also a dryer available here, which you are welcome to use for your laundry at no additional cost. We look forward to your coming :)

The two MY STAY apartments are located in a new building completed in 2023, are quietly located on the outskirts of Fischbachau in Upper Bavaria and border on a spacious meadow with a direct, unobstructed mountain view of the well-known Wendelstein and Breitenstein. The refreshing Leitzach is only a few meters away. There is also a large playground just a few minutes' walk away.
The train station "Hammer" with train connections to Munich or Bayrischzell, as well as a large Edeka market are only about 2.5 km away. In half an hour's walk you can reach the well-known Cafe Winklstüberl, as well as many other restaurants, sights or the center of Fischbachau. It's only 10 minutes by car to a refreshing dip in the glittering Schliersee with a great lido, free sunbathing areas and water sports. The beautiful Tegernsee can be reached from our accommodation in just 25 minutes.
Do you want to go to the mountains? Only a few minutes away are dozens of access points into the mountains with walking and hiking routes for beginners and advanced hikers. For skiing in winter or relaxation in summer, you can reach Spitzingsee in just 10 minutes by car. Several cross-country ski trails await sports enthusiasts directly in Fischbachau or in Bayrischzell, which is also only about 10 minutes away (with another ski area at Sudelfeld). In bad weather, it is only a good 10 minutes to the "Monte Mare" thermal baths in Schliersee with a varied sauna landscape, hourly infusions, steam baths, as well as children's pools and swimming pools.
How about a delicious breakfast in a whiskey distillery? At SLYRS in Neuhaus, just 7 minutes drive from the accommodation, there are various breakfast options, a dining restaurant, as well as tours and tastings of Germany's most famous single malt whisky.
